Logging In | You cannot log into the content management system. | Confirm that the account is correct. If the problem cannot be solved, contact the system administrator and request to notify the account again or reissue an account. |

Content Delivery | The content is not displayed on the application screen. | Confirm that the open period of the content is not over and that the content is in the "open" status. Check the content information and con rm that the group you belong to is set for the target to release the content. |
Releasing content takes a long time. | Releasing may take several minutes depending on the size of the content to be released. | |
Updating content | Updated information is not applied to the content. | You need to release the content. When you update content while its status is "open," the content needs to be released again. |
Authoring (editing) | When the authoring tool is started, some parts of the PDF page are not displayed properly. | PDF may not be displayed properly on the authoring tool depending on the condition of the PDF. This does not ingluence display or operation of the content on the application. |
Communication with the server is cut off during authoring (editing). | If a certain time elapses without any operation, a timeout occurs and information for which authoring (editing) has been performed is deleted. It is recommended to click the [Save] button on the top right often. | |
No operation can be performed on the authoring (editing) screen. | Click the [Back] button of the web browser. Then, perform authoring (editing) again. | |

Can resources be added during authoring (editing)? | Resources can be added by clicking [+Add] button on the [Resource] button tab. However, the maximum file size of resources you can add is 10 MB. You can add larger files from the [Resource Management] screen. | |
Can multiple users author (edit) the same content simultaneously? | Content being authored (edited) is locked so other users cannot author (edit) it. | |
After a PDF file is uploaded, the size of images displayed in the content list is different from that of images in the uploaded PDF file. | The horizontal to vertical ratio of images displayed in the content list is different from that of the original file. Check the images on the authoring (editing) screen. If there is no problem, they are displayed properly on mobile applications as well. |

Is there a limit for the size of PDF or video files to be registered? | The maximum PDF or video file size to be registered is 1GB. | |
URL link for PDF is off vertically or horizontally. | Information about vertical and horizontal positions may not be processed correctly if those of the original document have been changed during the creation of PDF using Acrobat or another tool. Make the vertical and horizontal directions of the PDF document the same as those of the original document. |

A PDF registration error occurs. Jump from the bookmark of the PDF is not performed properly. | This problem may occur when various PDF creation tools are used or data moved from multiple PDFs is pasted during the creation of PDF. Save the PDF under a different name and create it again. When PDF is overwritten repeatedly, various information may be accumulated, which may affect the registration process. |

Registering Resources | What is the upper limit of files to be registered to content? | The maximum file size you can upload at one time is 1 GB per file and 1 GB in total. If the size of the files exceeds these limits, upload the files in multiple times. |
Log | When a view log of history is output, data on the column shifts on some lines (overlapped output). | View log may shift when "," is included in the content name, etc. Change the file name. |
