3.1 Logging In
1 Access the address of the content management system provided with the login account.
Memo
For login account information and the address of the content management system, check the information provided via an e-mail from VISUAMALL.
Or, contact your system administrator.
2 From the language menu in the login screen, select "English".
Memo
Available languages are Japanese, English, Chinese, Korean, Thai, and Indonesian. However, only labels will be changed, not what you registered such as content names.
3 Enter the "ID" and "Password".
4 Click the [login] button.
The home screen (content list) is displayed.
Memo
・The message box displays notifications and messages from Softbank.
・If you fail to enter the correct user ID or password five times in a row, the account will be locked and login will be disabled. The lock is automatically canceled one hour later.

3.2 Logging out
1 Click the [Logout] button on the upper part of the screen.
You can log out from the system.
Memo
It forces logging you out if it has been idled for 20 minutes after logged in to the content management system.
3.3 Changing the Password
In some environments, the password may need to be changed.
Set a password that is at least six alphanumeric characters. You cannot use the same character three or more times continuously or four or more characters that were used in the previous password.
3.4 Screen Structure
● Header Menu
On the upper area of the screen, menus for performing tasks are displayed.
① | User ID | The ID of the user who has currently logged in is displayed. |
② | Manual button | You can open the manual page for the system. |
③ | Manual (video) button | You can see the video explaing how to use the system. |
④ | Content | It displays the [Content List] screen. |
⑤ | Resource | It displays the [Resource Management] screen. |
⑥ | History | It displays the [History] screen. |
⑦ | User | It displays the "User List" screen. Please refer to the admin manual for the details. *It wil be not displayed when the user role is "Editor". |
⑧ | Genre | It displays the "Genre List" screen. *It will be displayed only when the user role is "Content administrator". |
⑨ | System | It displays the "Support" screen. *It will be displayed only when the user role is "Content administrator" or "System administrator". |
⑩ | Submenu | Select an icon to the left of the menu name to display and select submenus. |
⑪ | Logout button | You can log out from the system. |
● Content Search Area
Mouse over the icon on the left of the menu name to display and select submenus.
*Except for History and Genre.
① | Group Name |
If you have Content administrator rights, select the group name, only the content published to the selected group will be displayed in the content list on the lower part of the screen. If you have System administrator, Group administrator, or Editer rights, only the content that is designated for the selected group as the edit group will be displayed. |
② | ID | Enter the ID of the content you want to search. Only numbers can be entered. |
③ | Content Name | Enter the content name you want to search. You can perform partial match search. |
④ | Tag | Enter the tag name you want to search. |
⑤ | Full text search | Enter the text you want to search. Contents including the entered text is searched. |
⑥ | Genre | Select the genre name you want to search. |
⑦ | Sort | Select the item to be used for sorting. |
⑧ | Sort Type | Select the ascending order/descending order for the item selected for "Sort." Click the [Search] button. Contents that match the search conditions are displayed in the Content List screen in the order specified for "Type." |
⑨ | Release Period | Click the [Period] option button to enable the search area for the release period. Set the release period you want to search. |
⑩ | Status | Click the [Status] option button to enable the search area for the status. Select the status you want to search. |
⑪ | Search button | It starts search based on the entered conditions. When there are contents matching the search conditions, they are displayed in the [Content List] screen. |
⑫ | CSV for reference button | Search results can be saved in CSV format. |
⑬ | CSV for updates button | CSV files used for a batch update of content can be saved. |
⑭ | Type | Select the type of a base file of the content to search for. |
⑮ | Lock | Select the status of Content Lock for the content you want to search for. |
⑯ | Importance | Select content importance from "ALL", "Important", and "Usual". |
● Content list
The content list is displayed. All contents or searched contents are displayed. The list can be displayed in two ways; list view and tile view.
To switch view, click ”List view icon" or "Tile view icon".
■Tile View

Hint
・The content displayed in the content list depends on the permissions of the account.
・All contents are displayed for a content administrator. For other user roles, only the contents setting a group to which you are belonging as edit group are displayed.
