8.1 List of Functions

| Logging in and log out | You need to log in to use SMART CATALOG. |
| Downloading contents | Download content and save it in My Library. Then, you can view the content even when offline. |
| Displaying content | You can view contents saved in My Library using a dedicated viewer. |
| Switching images | You can select images to display from multiple images in contents. |
| Playing Videos | Videos are played in contents. |
| Playing Music | Music registered to each page of content is played. BGM can be played on all pages of content. |
| Linking to websites | Selecting the website link button in content starts up the web browser so that you can view the specified website. |
| Linking between contents | By selecting the button to link multiple contents, you can display a different content which has been set. |
| Displaying 3D animations | You can display an animation by sliding continuous images set in content up, down, or sideways. |
| Displaying HTML content | You can display HTML content set in content |
| Answering a questionnaire | You can answer a questionnaire in content. |
| Copying Text | Texts in contents can be copied. You can paste the copied texts on content of other applications such as memo and web browser. |
| Highlighting | You can add highlighting to pages of content. Highlighting is added and erasing it by using a handwriting pen. |
| Sorting | Contents are sorted in the specified order of title. |
| Creating of favorites | Favorites can be created for each user. Moving to other screens can be restricted by activating the lock. |
| Adding and selecting bookmarks | You can add a bookmark to pages. By selecting the bookmark, you can move to the target page quickly. |
| Registering a label for memo | You can register labels to be set during the registration of memos. |
| Registering memos | You can register memos to contents. |
| Cutting and copying memos | You can cut or copy memos created in content. |
| Copying all memos in content | You can copy all memos set in the subject content to a different content. |
| Viewing History | Up to 50 pages of viewing history is displayed. |
| Viewing the history of base PDFs of content | When a PDF document of content has been replaced, data of the previous PDF can be displayed. The previous PDF and the latest PDF can also be displayed for comparison. |
| Printing | You can print out content using an Apple AirPrintenabled printer. |
| Sending content by email | You can send content (PDF format) by attaching it to an email. |

| Settings for Flipping Effect | Flip effect settings are available. |
| Request for Account Deactivation | A failed log-in may be due to a mismatch between account and device. Please ask the administrator to match the account to the device. |
| Checking new contents | Checking newly released content requires being on a communication network. |
| Full text search | Full text searches of text make it possible to find content or pages of content that meet specific conditions. |
| Displaying contents by genre | Contents registered to a specific genre are displayed. |
| Displaying contents by group | Contents registered to a specific group are displayed. |
| Direct access to specified page | Directly access a specified page in the content. |
| Switching videos | Select a video from the videos registered to the content and play it. |
| Previewing images | Images in content are displayed in a preview screen |
| Displaying texts | Text data can be displayed in the rich text format. |
| Linking to a mail client | Link to a mailer to send emails. |
| Receiving the New Content Notification | Notification of newly released content is available. |
