6.1 Changing the Password
Change the password for the login account.
1 Select the (Settings) button in the upper-left corner of the screen and then select the [Account] button.
2 Select the [Change Password] button.
The [Change Password] screen is displayed
3 Enter the current password and new password, enter the new password again, and then select the [Change] button.
- A password needs to be a combination of one-byte alphabet characters and numbers
- A password needs to have at least six characters.
- The same character must not be used three or more times continuously.
- Use of four or more characters that were used in the previous password is prohibited.
・For reissuing a password in the case of a loss of your current password, contact your administrator.
6.2 Initializing
All information including information about the login account and downloaded contents can be initialized. Initialization can be performed only on the AppStore edition application. (On the inHouse edition application, the [Initialize] button is not displayed.)
1 Select the (Settings) button on the top left corner of the screen and then select the [Account] button.
2 Select the [Initialize] button.
3 Enter the password and select [OK].
A confirmation is displayed.
4 Select [OK].
All information and data will be deleted.
6.3 Changing the Color of the Background and Text
You can change the basic color of the application.
1 Select the button in the upper-left corner of the screen and then select the [Theme] button.
2 Select a color for the background and text from among the basic colors.
3 Select the [Apply] button.
4 Select [OK].
The background color of the application and text color are changed.
6.4 Flip Effect Settings
Flip effect settings are available.
1 Select the (Settings) button in the upper-left corner of the screen and then select the [Viewer Settings] button.
2 Set the animation type and duration.
When "Fade" or "Reveal & Move In" is selected, you can set "Animation Duration."
6.5 Requesting Account Deactivation
One user account may be activated on one iPad, one iPhone, one Android phone and one Android tablet only. Once a user logs in the account is activated specifically for that device, so attempts to log in from another, non-activated, device will fail.
Logging in to a different device using the same ID requires ID deactivation of the current device by the administrator. Such a request can be sent from the iPad application.
1 Select the [Activation Cancelation Request] button.
*The button will become functional after a failed login attempt.
A confirmation appears.
2 Select [OK].
A confirmation appears.
3 Select [OK].
Memo
The [Activation Cancelation Request] button can be selected only when the request is enabled (the following conditions).
- A error is displayed indicating that the specific device has been used with a different account.
- An error is displayed indicating that the specific account is used on a different device.
6.6 Confirm version
Available to check the current application version information
1.Select icon in the top right corner screen of “New Contents” or “My Library”.
2.Confirm version name on “Application Version” column in popup screen.
6.7 Launch Screen Setting
“My Library” screen is displayed as a default setting when the app is launched. You can select the launch screen by “Launch Screen Setting” on “Viewer Setting”.
1. Tap the Setting button, and select the “Viewer Settings”.
2. Select the “LAUNCH SCREEN SETTING”.
3. Select the launch screen from “New Contents” ,” My Library” or “Favorite”.
After checking the item, tap the back button for setting completion.
