An error which says "Failed to retrieve the device certification by communicating with Apple" has appeared. And I failed to login.

This error may occur under the following conditions. 
-If you configure it as " Not allow to receive the notifications" from SMART CATALOG when logging in. Please reconfigure it as "Allow to receive the notification".-It fails to communicate with Apple to retrieve the certification. (The necessary port may not be opened in your network configuration.)
