The content batch update function allows you to update, open, close, or delete multiple items of content at the same time.
This function is effective when you wish to perform the same operation on multiple items of content.
Perform the following operation.
1. Click the “CSV for Batch Updates” button on the Support screen of the Content Management screen to download the relevant CSV file.
2. Edit the file in accordance with the format and then click the “Batch Registration” button to upload it.
When you need to update and reopen items of content, open them once and then collectively reopen them.
When you need to perform batch deletion, update the items of content by closing them once, and then collectively delete them.
A command is specified as follows: Update=blank / Open=o / Close=c / Delete=d.
