This setting can be made by using an application which opens the URL.
Perform the following operation.
1. Open the authoring tool.
2. Create a button and then double-click it to open its Settings window.
3. Select “URL” from “▼Action.”
4. Enter the URL of the application that is to be started, in the “URL” field.
5. Close the “Settings” window and then save the authoring data to complete the operation.
