1.1 About this Manual
This manual explains how to use the administrator functions of the content management system ("the CMS" or "the System") used to produce and deliver the content for the SMART CATALOG provided by the visuamall.
1.2 Content Management System - Administrator Functions
The following administrator functions are provided to create, manage, and distribute multimedia content.
■User Management Function | :Register, update, and delete users |
■Group Magement Function | :Register, update, and delete groups |
■Genre Magement Function | :Register, update, and delete genres |
■Usage History Function | :View and output logs that can only be viewed by the administrator |
■System Information | :View contract information and update system settings |
■Support Information | :View contact information and technical documents |

1.3 Operating Environment
The administrator functions in this System can only be accessed when logged in as a user with Admin rights. The following operating environment is recommended to use this System.

1.4 Notes and Limitations Regarding the Use of this System
Any changes made to master data for user groups and genres associated with content that has already been created will affect ALL content. Be careful when making these types of changes.
