I use the app with English. On the questionnaire answering screen, I found some notation in Japanese. How can I turn them to English?

The language used for the questionnaire answering screen depends on the default language setting for the system.

It is able to change the default language setting, but please be noted that the change will be applied for all the users in your contract, and It is not able to apply the change partially.
