When your iOS device is set to silent mode, you won't hear the application's sound through the speakers.
The Silent mode affects only the speakers. If you use a headset, sounds play through your headset, even if your device is on silent.
When you use the iPad, please turn silent mode off in Control Center.
To show the Control Center , please swipe down from the top-right corner of your home screen.
Then please turn off the bell shaped icon.
When you use the iPhone, please move the side switch so that orange isn't showing.
