This error occurs due to a double login.
The service can be used again once you log out through the WebViewer you are using.
The service also becomes available again after automatic time-out, which occurs when no communication occurs for 20 minutes from the last session.
Deleting the device ID associated with the relevant user’s WebViewer from the CMS will also unlock the service.
